Platform counts and source scope
PowerPyx lists 46 PS5 trophies: one Platinum, two Gold, 11 Silver, and 32 Bronze. Steam independently lists 46 achievements. The matching totals do not make Steam entries PlayStation trophies.
For Xbox, use your signed-in game achievement list as the final checklist; this page does not claim a separately verified Xbox count or Gamerscore total. Hidden Steam entries may not show their descriptions publicly.
PowerPyx reports no difficulty-specific trophies and recommends two full runs. Its launch roadmap estimates 30–40 hours, not a guaranteed completion time or our own measured result.
First run to completion
Use this order to reduce unnecessary backtracking. Choose a first-run difficulty you can sustain and keep a manual save after the ending.
- Complete the story while checking side paths and keeping a note of unfinished collections.
- Before NG+, return to accessible regions for missing pickups and conversations. Preserve the cleared save.
- Start NG+ from the completed save, then finish the replay for its completion requirement.
- Open the platform list and sort the remaining entries into exploration, character growth, and equipment tasks.
- Work on one incomplete category at a time, then verify the unlock before moving on.
Completion checklists
Open only the category you want to see. Story names and later unlocks stay collapsed. These checkboxes are a temporary reading aid; reloads may clear them, and they do not sync to the game.

Which tasks belong after the first ending?
PowerPyx places one blade and later skill requirements in NG+. Plan collection progress on the first run, but do not assume every completion trophy can unlock before the replay.
Collecting a weapon and fully upgrading it are different tasks. Likewise, opening a skill and improving every relevant rank are different requirements. When an entry remains locked, compare its wording with the actual upgrade menu rather than repeating unrelated combat.
Missables, saves, and patch-sensitive advice
PowerPyx reports post-story free roam and no missable trophies in its launch roadmap. Treat that as a route-planning source, not a guarantee against every current-version bug. Keep a first-run cleared save until you have checked the remaining collection entries.
Older guides discuss saving and reloading to reuse upgrade points. This page does not rely on that shortcut. Flower-node resets changed in 1.0.11, and a full current-version refund audit has not been performed here. Use the respec guide and the live refund preview.
If an achievement fails to unlock, record the platform, game version, exact entry, and completed requirement. Compare against your own platform list before redoing an entire category.
Frequently asked questions
Can I finish every trophy in one playthrough?
No. Finishing New Game+ is a requirement, and the published roadmap also places later equipment and skill completion in the replay.
Do I have to play the first run on Hard?
PowerPyx reports no difficulty-specific trophies. NG+ has its own Reincarnation+ mode; do not assume it preserves the first-run difficulty choice.
Does this guide include every collectible location?
No. It organizes the completion route and categories. Use the source collection guide for location-by-location cleanup and the linked key guides for the early locked passages.
Are PS5 and Steam both listed as 46?
Yes, in the sources checked September 20. PS5’s count includes its Platinum; Steam separately lists 46 achievements. Xbox totals were not independently verified for this page.
